HSE Safety, Environment and Health Management System
With the rapid growth of the economy, safety, environment, and health issues closely related to production have received widespread attention. Various types of organizations around the world are increasingly valuing their performance and image in safety, environment, and health, and expect to implement their management activities in a systematic manner to meet legal and policy requirements and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
The Safety, Environment, and Health (HSE) management system certification is a comprehensive management system that organically combines the three aspects of health, safety, and environment to form a holistic management system. This management system was initially proposed by internationally renowned petrochemical companies, and in January 1996, the SC6 subcommittee of ISO/TC67 released the ISO/CD14690 "Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry" standard. Subsequently, China National Petroleum Corporation referred to this standard and formulated enterprise standards such as SY/T 6276-1997 "Health, Safety and Environmental Management System for Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry" in 1997
The purpose of HSE management system certification is to control HSE risks and environmental impacts, and continuously improve HSE performance. The validity period of the certification certificate is three years, in accordance with the standard Q/SHS 0001.1-2001 China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Enterprise Standard - Safety, Environment and Health (HSE) Management System; This standard aims to eliminate and mitigate risks and hazards in the production process of enterprises, protect the health and property safety of employees, maintain the ecological environment, and align the company's safety, environment, and health management with international standards, achieving world-class performance. It also ensures that the company and its stakeholders (customers, contractors, collaborators, etc.) achieve safety, environmental, and health management goals.
