T/HNCAA001 Enterprise Site 6S Management Standard Certification
6S management refers to the continuous activities of organizing (Seiri), rectifying (Seiton), cleaning (Seiso), cleaning (Seiketsu), cultivating (Shitsuke), and ensuring (safety) the status of various production factors on the production site. Firstly, let's understand 5S. 5S originated in Japan and refers to the effective management of production factors such as personnel, machinery, materials, and methods on the production site. It sets requirements for the daily behavior of each employee in the enterprise, advocates starting from small things, and strives to cultivate a habit of "paying attention to everything" in every employee, thereby achieving the goal of improving overall work quality. It is a unique management method of Japanese enterprises. On the basis of 5S on-site management, Chinese enterprises have added safety elements to the original 5S in conjunction with the country's vigorous safety production activities, forming the "6S".
The implementation steps of 6S management include:
Seiri: Eliminate unnecessary items in the workplace, retain necessary items, and reduce waste and chaos.
Seiton: Arrange necessary items in an orderly manner, with clear markings for easy access, reducing search time and waste.
Seiso: Regularly clean the workplace, maintain cleanliness, and reduce pollution and bacterial growth.
Cleaning (Seiketsu): Continuously maintain a clean and tidy work environment, and develop good work habits.
Shitsuke: Cultivate employees' good work habits and self-discipline, and continuously maintain management level.
Safety: Pay attention to workplace safety issues, prevent accidents, and ensure the health and safety of employees.
The certification of on-site 6S management standards for enterprises is based on the group standard T/HNCAA 001-2019 "6S Management Implementation Guidelines" of the Henan Certification and Accreditation Association; The certification process includes document review, on-site audit, and follow-up audit. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of 6S management in enterprises based on relevant standards and specifications.
